We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing & Shipping Time (Domestic)

  • Transit Time: 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York)

Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

We use UPS and trusted shipping carriers to ensure secure and timely delivery of your orders.

  • We do not charge any membership or hidden fees

Change of Address

Once an order is in transit, we are unable to change the delivery address.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

We do not support shipping to multiple addresses in a single order.
If you wish to ship items to different addresses, please place separate orders.

Incorrect Address

If an incorrect address is provided at checkout and the order is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost required to resend the order.

Delayed Orders

While we strive to meet our delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
If your order is delayed beyond 11 business days, we will notify you promptly.

Parcels Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Please refuse the delivery if possible and notify the courier
